Time to embrace your inner mermaid!
Inspired by pieces of vintage crockery found in our coastal garden and using driftwood collected locally. I love to use these spoons for adding the dry ingredients to my green smoothie of a morning, also sprinkling in some bath milk powder when I need a good soak in the tub. Beautiful for scooping herbal teas into your favourite teapot too.
Each spoon is as unique as the piece of driftwood used on it.
A behind the scenes video produced by Salamanca Market on the making of Siren Spoons can be viewed here.
The spoon has a scoop between teaspoon and tablespoon size.
Now these are practical as well as decorative but for longevity I recommend not getting the driftwood part wet so careful handwash only.
I have used ultra fine steelwool to nourish some orange oil into the handle and you can do this from time to time if you wish.
